Partial Project Portfolio
The following are some of the more recent projects Mr. Barman has been and/or is currently involved in as Project Manager, owner, and/or Managing Partner:
Courtside Village: A 500,000 sq. ft. multi-phased mixed-use planned community with retail, commercial, and residential use in Santa Rosa, California. Last phase started October 2004.
Sundance Village: A 51-unit resident subdivision with 20,000 sq. ft. of commercial live/work loft elements on Santa Rosa, California.
Belvedere Towers: A 428,000 sq. ft. rehab project. Conversion of an existing 600 room hotel and 55,000 sq. ft. casino property into a mixed-use 300-unit condominium and 55,000 sq. ft. of commercial, office and retail project in Reno, Nevada. Construction completed in October of 2005.
The Belvedere: A 420,000 sq. ft. mixed-use project in Oceanside, California. A ground-up development consisting of 66 condominiums, 53 live/work lofts, and 26,000 sq. ft. of retail and commercial space. Presently going through the entitlements.
Glendale Cal Fed Complex: A 144,000 sq. ft. mixed-use rehab project in Glendale, California completed in 2000. The project involved dealing with city of Los Angeles's Historic Conservancy Society.
The Village at Novato, California: A 160,000 sq. ft. downtown, mixed-use development including 41,000 sq. ft. retail, 44,000 sq. ft. office, 32,000 sq. ft. residential and 310 surface parking spaces.
Skyway Meadows, Paradise, California: A mixed-use project consisting of retail, restaurants, and apartments. Entitlement phase completed.
Promontory Point III, Foster City, California: Ground-up construction of 32 luxury condominiums with an $11 million construction budget. Project completed in June of 2004.
550 Seagaze: A planned-unit custom home residential development project in Mill Valley, California. Completed in 1991.
Acquisition, rehab, and repositioning of six vacant bank/office buildings throughout California totaling over 70,000 sq. ft. Achieved stabilization within 6 months of purchase. Completed in 2001.
In addition to the above projects, Mr. Barmand has been actively involved in development/rehab and asset management for over 250,000 sq. ft. of commercial office and residential buildings in various California markets over the past 17 years.
